Helmets, jacket and bibs are available to rent, on multiple day rentals gear is only charged one time.

At RAD Rentals, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation. Cancellations made within this window will only be charged a $15.00 booking fee. There is no cost to reshedule your rental. However, if notice is not provided within 72 hours, you will be responsible for the full cost of your reservation. Please note that bad weather does not automatically result in cancellation; however, if severe conditions arise that impact safety or trail accessibility, we may refund or reschedule your booking as needed.

1. I am at least 21 years of age and will provide a valid driver’s license to RAD Rentals at the time of rental.
2. UTV’s are to be returned the night of the last rental day no later than 7pm (Oct 1-31, 6pm). Snowmobiles can be returned the next morning by 9am. If late, an additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be added to the rental.
3. I will call if I’m going to be more than 15 minutes late for my selected pick up time.
4. I must complete rental agreement/waiver before taking possession of rental unit.
5. I will pay for any parts and labor incurred for damages to the rentals. Labor is billed at $45 per half hour.
6. I agree to provide a damage deposit of $1,500.00 per machine through a hold on my credit card. My card will not be charged for damages if the machine is returned without new damage. If damage occurs during my rental, I authorize RAD Rentals to charge my card for the applicable repair costs. I understand that the deposit may not cover the full cost and that I am responsible for all damage costs, including any amount exceeding the $1,500.00 deposit.
7. I am responsible for gas and oil costs during the rental period.
– Only one person per seat, not to exceed the recommended person per machine.
– No one under the age of 21 may drive a machine.
– No riding in creeks, on private property, or private drives.
– No jumps, stunts, bumping, cutting in front of other vehicles or machines, stopping or gunning the machine, or reckless driving or operation at any time.
– No driving too fast for the conditions, visibility, or experience. Drivers must be aware of and alert for the possibility of hidden dangers when riding over unfamiliar terrain.
– No “side-hilling” to keep from turning over; you must go directly up and down all trails and roads. Stay away from, or use extreme caution on or near, all public roads and vehicular traffic.
– No coasting downhill with the transmission in neutral.
– No operation of the machine outside of the designated areas and trails.
