Helmets are not required because our side by sides are equipped with windshield and roof
Helmets, jacket and bibs are available to rent, on multiple day rentals gear is only charged one time.

All rentals require a valid card on file for a security deposit.
We do not accept personal checks or unverified payment apps.

At RAD Rentals, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation. Cancellations made within this window will not incur a charge. However, if notice is not provided within 72 hours, you will be responsible for the full cost of your reservation. Please note that bad weather does not automatically result in cancellation; however, if severe conditions arise that impact safety or trail accessibility, we may refund or reschedule your booking as needed.

1. I am at least 21 years of age and will provide a valid driver’s license to RAD Rentals at the time of rental.
2. UTV’s are to be returned the night of the last rental day no later than 7pm (Oct 1-31, 6pm). Snowmobiles can be returned the next morning by 9am. If late, an additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be added to the rental.
3. I will call if I’m going to be more than 15 minutes late for my selected pick up time.
4. I must complete rental agreement/waiver before taking possession of rental unit.
5. I will pay for any parts and labor incurred for damages to the rentals. Labor is billed at $45 per half hour.
6. I will provide a damage deposit of $1,000.00 per machine.
7. I am responsible for gas and oil costs during the rental period.
